Uncoated window sills and parapet covers require approx. three working days (ex works) for production, powder-coated approx. eight working days (ex works). Understandably, the exact production time depends on the order situation.

If you require the product to be delivered, you can expect an additional three working days.

Transport is usually organised by a professional external provider.

Once the product has been completed, you have the option of collecting it from our company. If, on the other hand, you wish the goods to be delivered, we will of course take care of this for you. We work with professional, external transport companies that guarantee prompt and flawless delivery.  Delivery usually takes around three days.

Private customers and new customers receive an invoice for advance payment after placing their order. As soon as payment is received, we start production.

Existing customers receive the invoice after delivery of the goods. The payment period is 30 days net.

Because you configure your product yourself with Fensterbank-Express, there is almost no administrative work for us. This saves us time and effort, which benefits you in the form of a lower invoice. You also benefit from our high degree of automation and standardisation. This also has a positive effect on your final invoice.

Every order, even the smallest orders, involves a certain minimum outlay. To cover these costs, we charge a minimum order fee of CHF 125.
If your order is worth more than CHF 125, the minimum order fee does not apply.

For both window sills and parapet covers, you must always work from left to right. You can then select an external or internal corner for the right-hand end. In the next step, you then make the window sill or sill cover that follows the corner and also select the mitre as the finish on the left-hand side. You can then connect these two so that we know which two corners belong together. A corner file is supplied with each corner.

Yes, we can supply both the window sills and the parapet covers with anti-drumming film. This is cut to size and applied by us. The price is calculated at CHF 60.- / m2 of the base area of the sheets and covers at least 2/3 of this. Please note that the anti-drumming film adds another 2.0 mm of material. The anti-drumming film is ordered to order, which is why the delivery time is extended by a further 5 working days.
